Marilyn E. Moreno, attorney and Certified Family Law Specialist, grew up in San Jose and attended Notre Dame High School. She then went on to Santa Clara University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in English. She then attended Stanford Law School, and upon graduation in 1982 began practicing law in Santa Clara County.

Marilyn has practiced exclusively family law such as divorce, support, custody/visitation and property settlements for the last 20 years. She has been voted by her peers one of the top family law attorneys in Silicon Valley every year since 1999 in San Jose Magazine. In 2004 and 2005 she was voted one of the top 50 female Super Lawyers at superlawyers.com.
